To renew a therapy prescription, please call (786-268-6200) and ask to speak to your physician’s athletic trainer.
Therapy renewals are handled 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. Please allow at least 48 hours to accommodate your request, as each request has to be approved by a physician and all physicians are not in the office every day.
